New Florida Laws Now in Effect:
As of July 1, 2026, there are 132 laws that are now in effect, introducing major updates across corporate governance, employment, criminal justice, and real estate.
Back-to-School Sales Tax Holiday:
Save on essential school supplies, clothing, and electronics during Florida’s month-long tax holiday running from July 20, 2026, through Thursday, August 20, 2026.
School Zone & Commuter Safety:
With morning drop-offs and afternoon dismissals resuming, review crucial pedestrian, bicycle, and driver safety rules to keep our students safe.
